This beautiful chess case has a walnut and maple chess board with a walnut stained molded wood case. The chess board has 1.625" squares which you will fine perfect most chess sets with a 3.75" to 4" king. Each side has a large drawer for storing chess pieces when you want them put away. The chess board on has a raised frame around it to keep pieces from falling off when your playing. A beautiful case and tremendous value for under $100!
