Value Club Kit with Small Tournament Bag - Blue

This tournament chess set kit includes our 34 piece Value Club Plastic Chess Set with a 3.75" king, our Value Vinyl Rollup Chess Board with 2.25" squares, and our Small Tournament Chess Bag. Chess pieces are single weighted, have green felt paper pads, and are made from a durable glossy plastic which makes a nice contrast against the blue and buff chess board. Spare queens are included and pieces come package in 2 heavy zip lock bags. The zippered chess bag is made from heavy canvas and has one large pocket inside for the chess pieces, straps and pads for a chess clock, elastic straps to hold a vinyl chess board, and pockets for scorebooks. This value pack set has made a great birthday gift! I love the weight of the pieces. The carrying case is great for traveling, and since it is not made out of cardboard you don't have to worry about something resting on it. I like the pouch for holding notation sheets and a protective strap for holding your clock in place while traveling or just for storage. We ordered this set after our kids started learning to play at the local library. The board and pieces are a perfect size for smaller hands. We looked at other sets, but the board squares were much too tiny for them. Highly recommend this one.
