English & Scottish II Theme Chess Set

This English vs. Scottish Chess Set has chess pieces in the tradition of medieval England and Scotland. The English are represented by Edward "Long shanks", in red, while the Scottish are led by Robert "The Bruce" in the green. King height 3.25". Pieces are made from cast poly-resin, a very hard, stone like material. Pieces are intricately sculpted and hand painted with an amazing level of fine detail. We recommend a chess board with 1 3/4" squares (not included). Comes packaged in a decorative box with molded tray to keep the pieces securely separated.
