| The crusader chessmen set exceeded my expectations. The pieces are superbly detailed with nice weight. The price was not too bad either. Shipping was expensive and UPS dropped the ball loosing track of my package for 10 days untill I inquired where it was. Icomplained about the expensive shipping charges for an inadequate delivery and the Chess store promptly credited my charge account for the shipping charges. |

| Price- very good Quality- nice looking pieces, but my daughter was able to chip a piece, so need to be careful with little children Functionality- both of my sons love this set Service- came in great condition, no issues Overall value- I think this is a great purchase for kids or even an adult who wants a themed chess set |

I was a little worried because some website purchases aren't what their pictured to be however I made an excellent choice with the set I ordered the price was great the quality of the pieces are awesome the service was prompt the delivered came on time.
