The customer service was great. I received the chess board I bought in excellent condition. However, the pieces were missing. I called customer service and the woman I spoke with was friendly and very helpful. We were able to sort out the mishap (which turned out to be a mistake on the part of the postal service) all in time for my father's birthday.
