This club size chess set with a 4.4” king is one of our two signature sets in the Staunton by Design collection. You will recognize it in the logo. The knights are carved by the most skilled carvers in the world, in fact, the same craftsmen that carve the famous Jaques of London chess sets.
The Saint John includes our Deluxe Chess Coffer lined inside with real billiard cloth. This two tray coffer is extra large and designed specifically for our club size chess sets. When you open the lid you will find a beautiful polished gold, laser engraved plaque with our Staunton by Design logo. We include a Certificate of Authenticity printed on fine parchment paper that has your name, chess set name, type of woods, size, serial number, and date of purchase.
