This chess set package includes our German Staunton in rosewood and boxwood with our rosewood and Maple Chess Board and matching Chess Box. The rich, warm colors of the rosewood chess pieces create a beautiful contrast against the lighter shade of rosewood we used for the chess board. The rosewood chess box is the perfect compliment to this package and one of the few matching board and box combinations you will find! Our German Staunton with its old German Knight design is one of our original chess sets and continues to be extremely popular, especially in tournament chess.
