Our Staunton Classic Chess Set is beautifully designed and crafted to standards beyond what you will normally find on other chess sets in this price range. Chess pieces are painted boxwood meticulously finished in high gloss lacquer giving the chess set a glass-like appearance. We recommend a chess board with 2" to 2 1/4" squares.
