Individual formed compartments are designed to fit most Staunton chess sets with kings from 4 1/4" to 4 1/2" tall. The interior is completely lined with a beautiful deep blue velour that will keep your prized chess pieces scratch and dent free for a lifetime. Two trays are designed to hold each color separately and there's a space for a spare queen. The top latches closed and a handle makes it easy to carry when you need to.
