    I began surfing the net for a new chess board and was not familiar with any of the retail stores. I contacted three stores online and the short story is, none of them met my standard of responsiveness, availability and other reasons I won't mention. After contacting "The Chess Store" I knew immediately their company would meet my standard and expectations. I was not disappointed. Their service and product quality is five star. The chess board quality, made in Spain not China, is excellent. My wife loves it and is the real test. You won't be disappointed, I promise.
