This extra large and elegant metal chess set is most impressive and will look beautiful displayed in your home on a beautiful chess board. The pieces are made from steel with the black pieces being black anodized and the brass pieces plated a lusterous brass. These chess pieces are very heavy but they are not solid. The king is 6" tall and has base of 1.625". You will need a chess board with at least 2.375" squares for this chess set. A unique chess set - you'll find no one else with one of these!
