This 3" king wood set is the ideal size for a leather-covered board I received as a gift 35 years ago. The craftsmanship, weight, and attention to detail in carving the knights is especially extrordinary for a set this size. The Chess Store has outdone itself yet agsain in offering such quality at such a $$value.
