This beautiful brass and nickel chess set from Manopoulos is based on the renaissance period and represented by characters from the middle ages along with a horse as the knight and a castle tower as the rook. Chess pieces are hand-cast in solid zinc and then brass and nickel plated. Chess pieces are then lacquered to keep the lustrous finish from ever tarnishing.
