Romans Chess Set in Copper & Antiqued Blue Copper - 3.75" King

This beautiful copper plated chess set from Manopoulos is based on the Greek and Roman cultures and their military conquests. The pawns are represented by a row of archers from which this chess set has its name. Chess pieces are hand-cast in solid zinc and then copper plated. The white pieces are highlighted with a blue paint to imitate the natural color of oxidized copper. It looks extremely sharp!
