Our Deluxe Staunton from Checkmate International originates from the set they once produced for the prestigious Jaques of London. The pieces are nicely weighted for a chess set this size with the complete set weighing 1 1/2 pounds.This size also makes for a practical travel and analysis chess set! We recommend a chess board with either 1 1/2" or 1 3/4" squares.
