This chess set package includes our Deluxe Staunton in ebonized boxwood and boxwood with our Mahogany and Maple Chess Board and matching Mahogany Chess Box. The black and boxwood chess pieces created a sharp and elegant contrast against the rich colors of the mahogany chess board. The mahogany chess box is the perfect compliment to this package and one of the few matching board and box combinations you will find! Our Deluxe Staunton is modeled after a design that was was once sold by the prestigious Jaques of London. The knight makes this chess set with its simplistic yet elegant design. The other pieces are of equal stature with an elegant broad base design that allows triple weighting. An excellent chess set for club tournament play.
