Best clock for the money |

| This clock performs better than its price would imply. It's blue plastic, but it feels solid and stands up to aggressive button smashing. It has several modes for different styles of game, with optional light and sound. The mode interface is a little confusing, so be sure to read the manual. Far better quality than I expected at this price. |

| I am a growing fan of blitz chess and this clock proved a great accessory! The quality for the low price makes it an outstanding chess product. I highly recommend this to any serious chess fanatic. Fast shipping too! |

Value, Precision and Quality |

| Let me say I've bought the value analog clocks: worthless. Let me say I've played with Chronos for years, quality with a militaristic fashon, obscure operating commands and batteries which take days to replaces. This Saitek clock is amazing, beautiful blue with over a dozen easy to use and understand game modes, while light and sound functions are controlled by switch. It is easy to read the display and easy to push the big glowing buttons. This clock uses two easily replacible C batteries. I... |

| I am the advisor of a chess club at the high school i teach. I plan on taking them to the state tournament so they need to practice with a clock. This clock Saitek Competition Game Clock was my first choice because of the price. Now that i have one i plan on buying another one because of how well it work. It has a ton of modes but most importantly it has a mode where you can just edit and make your timed game. This is great for training for the state tournament |

| My first chess clock was a BHB Mahogany Clock that I bought to go with my wooden set. It is a great clock, but, the one thing I didn't like was the lack of a buzzer or other audible announcement that time was up. The Saitek Competition Clock has fullfilled that need as well as providing other great competition settings. I, personally, love this new clock and heartily recommend it to anyone in the Chess Community... Beginners to Masters. It has the standard Blitz settings of 3 minute, 5 minute... |

review of chess clock |

| After several chess clocks breaking I gave up and went clockless for years. This clock was a gift from my wife, and has currently survived many speed chess games between my adolescent son and I (think: hormone-driven over-slapping). I am very satisfied with its durability and also its versatilty; it offers many settings my earlier clocks did not. I recommend it as a good value for the price. |
