The Chess Store's marble and onyx chess sets are the most beautiful available anywhere in the world today. We designed this traditional Staunton chess set pattern specifically for marble and onyx to capture as much shape and detail as possible in a material that is far more difficult to work with than wood. The multi-green onyx is mostly green but commonly has red marble mixed in creating a gorgeous combination of colors. The white onyx is predominately solid white but will sometimes have small veins of other colors intermingled. The two stones together creates a gorgeous chess set! We cover the bottom of the chess board with felt to protect your furniture. This chess set is exclusively available through The Chess Store.
