Play chess on top and store the pieces below with this handsome little red and gold leatherette chess board and box. Take the chess board off and you have a box with 34 individual compartments for storing chess pieces and checkers (plastic checkers included). Chess board squares are 1 1/16" with the box having an overall size of 11" square and 1 3/8" tall. Will hold pieces up to 2 1/2" tall with a base diameter up to 3/4".
